Add the can of crushed tomatoes and a sprinkle of chopped cilantro, reserving half the cilantro for the garnish. Stir, and let the mixture come to a simmer. Reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes.Add salt and pepper, to taste.<br/><br/>5. Turn off the heat.Around the edges, use a spoon to make a well in the mixture for each egg.Crack each egg directly into each well. <br/><br/>6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the egg whites are mostly set and opaque white.<br/><br/>7.
